Terra Blend WA

Terra Blend WA is customized special Blend of Fresh Chemical Media TerraCarb/ TerraOxi/ TerraCarb Base, to eliminate Waste/ Sewage Gaseous Pollutants. High removal efficiencies and capacities for a variety of particular pollutants have been tested and approved by TerraBlend WA using the chemisorption and adsorption / absorption approach especially when combined with positive sealing, HAF and air filtration system.

TerraGrid

TerraGrid is one of the greatest odor removal media that was created using the most recent advancements in chemical filter media technology. It can be set up in any kind of HVAC requirement to remove almost every chemical contaminant ranging from acid base & volatile organic compounds.

High quality, high density activated carbon media powder, with a minimum of 60% Carbon Tetra Chloride activity – a measurement of activated carbon’s porosity- is used to make the filters in Terragrid modules. TerraGrid has the least pressure drop with highest removal efficiencies and highest contact surface area. Canister Modules

The 18CT and 24CT canister modules come in pre-designed sheet metal holding frames that can accommodate a set number of individual modules on each frame. Every holding frame must fit into a standard dimension filter section in the air handlers that can be installed quickly and easily using common fasteners and HVAC equipment tools.

AP Trays

AP TRAYS are generally designed for use in rear, front, or side access carbon filter housing with the AP Trays arranged in V-Shapes. The Trays are made from Galvanized perforated plates and Galvanized channels. A distance holder M8x24 is placed in the middle, blocking the cells from bulging. To prevent settling, the chemical media is filled with honeycomb grid. To prevent air bypass during operations, a soft Gasket is offered on the length side of cell.

Pressurizer or Stand-Alone Purifier is designed to regulate and remove chemical and particle pollutants from air stream, usually at low to medium concentration levels that are appropriate for IAQ, Corrosion Control & other application of similar pollutant removal. With built in low noise fan controls and assembly the units will be self-sufficient for pressurization and recirculation applications.

Front Access Purifier

FAP or Front Access Purifier are designed to eliminate and control both the chemical & particulate pollutants from the air stream, typically low to medium level of concentration suitably for Corrosion Control, IAQ & other similar pollutant removal applications.

Electrostatic Precipitator

Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP) or EP Series, is a filtration device that removes fine elements like smoke and dust, from flowing air stream by the use of force of an induced electrostatic charge nominally resisting the gas flow through the unit. Reactivity Measurement Kit

Reactivity Measurement Kit (RMK) is designed in compliance with reactivity measurement methods defined as per ANSI/ISA-71.04.2013. The 99.99% pure silver and 99.999% pure copper metal strip coupons that make up the RMK will be affixed to a plastic laminated panel and will begin to react with gases in regulated exposure environment to generate corrosion films.
