Structure

Steel that has been galvanized and powder-coated with epoxy makes up the frame. The control panel is classified as IP-54. The line doesn't need any further protection when put outside or indoors.

Compressor

Phase sequence control systems are included in hermetic scroll compressors (Gas R407c, R134a, and R410a) to safeguard compressor functioning in the event of power supply fluctuations.

Fans

There are axial fans installed on the air-cooled systems.

  • A-version: equipped with AC fans.
  • B-version: equipped with EC fans.
Condenser
  • The copper Fin Tube condenser A-version has an inner grooved copper tube covered in epoxy.
  • B-version is Coated aluminum microchannel condensers with corrosion resistance to provide longevity. Design of these condensers reduces the refrigerant charge by 30% compared to standard condensers.
Evaporator
  • A-Version is a Copper brazed, stainless steel tube in tube type evaporator.
  • B-Version is a Shell & Tube Evaporator with CS shell & Copper Evaporator.
Tank And Pump

Stainless steel tank and pump that stop process water from rusting.

Control And Monitoring

The algorithms required to continuously control chiller parameters are available in IQ21 + Icons touch screen control panel that is included with Tempcon Scroll chillers. Easy to use and captivating user interface. The technology makes it possible to remotely regulate the operating parameters of each unit, which allows for exact management of the working environment and improves process performance and quality. Standard microprocessor control is included with sizes 4/9.
